TIME TO PAY THE FERRYMAN.

Trondheim to Kristiansund.

Sunrise 9.15am. Sunset 2.59pm. -4C.

Our last full day at sea and its time to pay the bill.

2.965.00NK. A sharp intake of breath. This is just for our on board consumables. Waving your key card around doesn’t seem like spending money does it?

Actually it isn’t all that bad. All meals already paid for so it was just for the incidentals like 1.760.00 for beer and 199.00 for a pair of silver-ish earings. (predictive text just changed that to silver herrings). So its just over $450.00 for two for two weeks. Pity about the beer.

We went ashore in Trondheim again this morning and walked the older part of town before returning for a 10am departure. We are now at sea on an overnight to Bergen and get kicked off about 3pm.

We have an overnight in Bergen, back in the Augustine hotel and then off to Oslo on the Flam Rail. We have been told it is the highlight of any Norwegian trip.

It will have to be bloody terrific.

This has been the best thing we have done.

Pay what ever it takes to do this.

Don’t leave it too late

It will be time to pay the Ferryman soon enough.
