It was a beautiful day, the drive in with the crags gleaming in the sun.
A perfect arena, next to the car park and adjacent to the start, who would have thought such a thing possible?
My run was better, one bad control, number 5, spent some time thrashing around the knolls under the top of the control circle because I believed the clue sheet when it said mine was the middle one. I can only see one in the middle of the circle.
I even managed to keep my feet dry until the compulsory foot bath for disease control.
Even had time for a bacon buttie.
Sprints tomorrow. Hooray.
Pete.
